Build the ultimate snack board with Red Leicester Pops alongside dips, cured meats and veggies.

Ingredients

  • ·80g Red Leicester Cheese Pops
  • ·100g cured meats (salami, prosciutto)
  • ·1 small pot hummus
  • ·1 small pot tzatziki
  • ·1 handful olives
  • ·Sliced peppers, cucumber sticks, cherry tomatoes

Preparation

    Arrange the cured meats in folds on one side of a large board.

    Place small bowls of hummus and tzatziki on the board.

  3. 3

    Fill in gaps with olives, vegetables, and Red Leicester Cheese Pops.
