Snack Board
Build the ultimate snack board with Red Leicester Pops alongside dips, cured meats and veggies.
Ingredients
- ·80g Red Leicester Cheese Pops
- ·100g cured meats (salami, prosciutto)
- ·1 small pot hummus
- ·1 small pot tzatziki
- ·1 handful olives
- ·Sliced peppers, cucumber sticks, cherry tomatoes
Preparation

Arrange the cured meats in folds on one side of a large board.

Place small bowls of hummus and tzatziki on the board.

Fill in gaps with olives, vegetables, and Red Leicester Cheese Pops.
